Dry vs. Sweet Wine – the misconception of a “sweet” wine

When you peruse a wine list and can’t decide on what to pick because you don’t want a “sweet” wine, don’t worry. You will only find “sweet” wines on a dessert list or listed under the “Sweet Wines” section of the menu. What you want to say is that you would like a Dry or Off-Dry wine and we are here to tell you why.
